Payment Services
When using our online payment system you will be redirected to the Tyl Link by NatWest website where your card details will be entered and payment taken. Card details are handled solely by Tyl Link by NatWest. Daniel & Baker Solicitors do not store any payment card details within our systems.
Once on the Tyl Link by NatWest website you will be required to enter some personal information including your name and contact details. Your card payment details are also required as you would expect on any online payment service. This includes your card number and security code. You may also be asked for further card authentication by your credit or debit card provider.
Payment transactions are accepted in £GBP Sterling only. We can accept a maximum payment of £5000.00 on our online payment system.
Payments are for legal services and fees charged by and due to or requested by Daniel & Baker Solicitors only.
If we accept payment from you by credit card or debit card for any sum in excess of £1000.00, whether to pay our charges or for any other expenses, we shall pass on and be entitled to recover from you the cost of commission which we incur with the bank or other institution charge, to the firm in respect of such payment. These charges are set at 2.0% for a credit card and 0.59% for debit cards. The charge will be automatically added when completing the Online Payment form.
Refund Policy
Any dispute should be referred to Azizur Rehman, our client care partner. A refund will only be paid where an amount has been paid to us in error. An administration fee may be charged for any sums refunded. Any refund is at the discretion of Daniel & Baker Solicitors. Refunds may take up to 10 working day to process. If the refund is a part payment, this may cause delay to your case.
Refunds will only be refunded using the card details used to make the payment or by cheque or bank transfer at the discretion of Daniel & Baker Solicitors.
