Level 3 Applications:

This includes Graduate Entrepreneur, sole Entrepreneur, Entrepreneur team etc. These types of applications are complex and never straightforward and the costs will vary from £3000.00 to £5000.00.

Our Fees:

We aim to deliver a professional service which achieves your aims whilst being transparent about our pricing structure. Our focus is on providing excellent value for money whilst providing a personal touch to our service. The fees quoted here exclude VAT. The current VAT is 20%.


Disbursements (fees and costs in addition to our fees):

Any Disbursements Home Office fees for making the application. The relevant fee can be checked on the Home Office website because they change from time to time.

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as the Home Office fees, medical or other experts’ fees / interpreter fees, etc. For example Interpreter’s fees at £30.00 to £50.00 per hour. Applications can normally require between 4-8 hours with an interpreter, depending on the complexity of your case.

Translation of any documents that are not in English or expert reports if necessary we will let you know as soon as possible and what the likely costs are.

Counsel can be instructed upon request. Counsel’s fees would then need to be negotiated on an individual basis.

Certain complex cases fees will vary, depending on complexity. The exact costs will depend on the circumstances in your case such as. The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider. Which language(s) you speak. Whether you are applying with other dependants. There will be an additional charge of a minimum of 50% (per person) where there are dependants/ more than one applicant.

If the case becomes disputed, there will be an hourly rate ranging from £111.00 -£171.00 (excl. vat) for the work undertaken depending on the level of expertise required. Full details of individuals’ charge out rate are included in the confirmation of instructions that are sent to you following instruction. Cases are charged at an hourly rate on a time recorded basis. It is difficult to estimate how many hours of work will be necessary to complete the matter until the facts of the case are discussed with you. Once we have an accurate assessment of the level of work involved we will provide a costs estimate on an individual basis. If you will be instructing us regularly, or in bulk, please speak to us to discuss to discuss fees further.
